This CONDO or APARTMENT has convenient KEYLESS ENTRY LOCK SYSTEM, that means there is no need to take key to beach and bike riding.

Loved the location. Enjoyed it the view with the balcony. Next door establishment provided music during the day. Clean and bright with lots of thoughtful amenities. I have made numerous trips to Hilton Head and liked this spot the best.

Perfect Condo

This is my favorite condo to stay at on Hilton Head. The property is located in a great location. The views are amazing, and the condo is perfect. Kim really takes care of her guests and gives you so much information before you arrive. The condo is very clean and comfortable. It’s the perfect home away from home. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

This is a GREAT place

Nice property. Super clean, great views, beach access and proximity to shopping and restaurants. All amenities included that you’d expect. Great communication and responsiveness from owner. Only (potential) con: property is next door to Hilton, which can be a bit loud. Would definitely rent this property in the future ☀️

Perfect Condo in an Ideal Location

We are repeat visitors to this beautiful condo, and for good reason. The host, Kim, has truly thought of everything you might need during your trip. From the minute you book until the minute you depart, she is easy to get in touch with and always willing to do whatever she can to make your trip that much better. The condo is clean and modern and is located in an absolutely perfect location. Waking up to the breath taking panoramic ocean front views is worth the visit alone. Being just steps away from a quiet, peaceful beach makes relaxing and unwinding a breeze. If you’re not a beach person the private heated pool makes for a great alternative. The condo is located just far enough away from Coligny to avoid the beach crowds, but close enough that you can walk there if you want to shop or see the sights. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay when you’re visiting Hilton Head Island, this is the spot for you.

The owner thought of everything

We've stayed in a lot of places and there always seems to be something missing...too many remote controls for the TV, marginal communication from the owner or some minor details that would have made your stay just a little bit better. Not at this place! The owner thought of everything! 1 remote TV system, chargers and USB ports everywhere and labels on every switch and drawer. All the beach/ pool equipment you could need is there and in good shape. The owner communicated all information very well. Thanks

Hilton Head Island respite

The condo was perfect especially for two people. Family of 4 would be comfortable too. Nice 1/2 mile walk to Coligny area with shops, restaurants, and beach rentals. Our host were fantastic and do helpful. Our balcony gave the perfect view of the beach. And just a couple minutes walk to the sand and waves. The pool was also clean and the perfect refreshing temperature. We will be Bach to this property.

Wonderful Hilton Head Vacation

The condo had a wonderful view of the ocean and surrounding area. The 2 bedroom was very comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. Our property manager was easy to work with and everything went very smoothly. Everything was well organized and we had a welcoming text and a nice text after we left after our week.I would definitely stay here again.

We throughly enjoyed staying at Kim’s condo. Communication was excellent through the entire process and she was very accommodating. The condo was beautiful and clean, exactly as advertised. The beds were super comfortable which is important to us when staying away from home for an extended time. We can’t wait to stay at Kim’s condo again in the future.

Amazing condo!

The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and was very comfortable for my husband and I and our 6 year old. The views are amazing and the location is perfect! We loved it! Kim was so friendly and definitely put extra thought into the little thinks, like phone chargers in all the rooms, the bathrooms and kitchen are stocked well and she left us a bottle of wine, which was a nice surprise! We will definitely book here again!

Great location and great size

This was our second year at HHI as a family. Last year, we stayed closer to Coligny. This condo was far better. Great view of the Ocean and a spacious condo. The condo was clean when we got there and was comfortable. Kim (owner) checked in via - she was available and not over bearing at all - so appreciated. I knew she would help.if we needed anything, but everything was great and what expected. Great place!
