This villa has just been newly renovated throughout and has new living room furniture. Step inside this private entrance, 1 bedroom first-floor villa located in Palmetto Dunes, ranked in the top 25 by Travel + Leisure as the “World’s Greatest Family Resort” in 2018 and just announced that Hilton Head Island has been named the No. 1 Island in the Continental U.S. in the Travel + Leisure's World’s Best Awards. This is the sixth time that Hilton Head Island has been chosen for this award, a rare and coveted honor for the community.

Modern kitchen features new two-toned cabinets, granite countertops, stainless appliances and is fully outfitted for all of your entertainment needs. The kitchen also features an open countertop and stools for another dining option. The spacious, step-down open living and dining room features aesthetically pleasing and comfortable furniture, tile flooring, and a flat-screen TV. Enjoy your own fenced and private courtyard off the living room and your bedroom where you can enjoy afternoon cocktails or morning coffee in private. This villa has a strict non-smoking, pet-free, two-person policy. No exceptions.

This gate pass can be purchased at the Palmetto Dunes Gate House and is required to be displayed in your vehicle for the duration of your stay. If your vehicle does not have the gate pass displayed, your vehicle is subjected to be towed by the Palmetto Dunes Police.

Can't say enough about this property. It's really a first class place, very clean and beautifully furnished. Great location, across from Shelter cove, and right in the middle of hhi. Palmetto Dunes is a great area.

Highly recommend!

This is the second year in a row that we have rented this condo. It is tastefully decorated and very clean. It also is located in a wonderful area with great access to the beach and golf. The owner is awesome as well and very much wants your stay to be a great one.

This newly updated condo was perfect for my partner and me. It was clean, newly updated, and well appointed with everything we needed during our stay—including two complementary bikes that came in handy for getting to the beach, the General Store, and visiting family that was staying elsewhere throughout Palmetto Dunes. Lovely clean condo

Property was very clean. Kitchen well stocked with everything one would need. Furniture was very comfortable. The outdoor space was very nice as well as private. The bicycles that were included were a great bonus. Would highly recommended this property.

Villa is very nicely decorated, comfortable and up to date. You feel you’re in a secluded area but close to everything. It has it all. Golf, pickleball, nice walking and bike paths and easy drive to the beach. What more can you ask.

Perfect Spot

Location in the development was excellent. We had everything we needed. Clean and Comfortable. The whole setup was just what we needed. Great nook for our bikes. We played pickleball, golfed, biked and walked. Beautiful beach and great restaurants! Thank you.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen, laundry room, and extra half bathroom were a luxury to have in vacation rental. The complex has a great secluded feel to it and is a only short bike ride to the beach. Both the bikes and beach chairs at the condo are very clean as well. We were lucky to find this place!

Beautiful, comfortable condo

This condo is even better than the pictures. It is very clean, comfortable, quiet and pretty. We really enjoyed our stay here. We used the bikes that were provided and enjoyed riding down to the beach and along the beach. Our children stayed in a condo right on the beach and we were very happy each night to return to our lovely quiet condo just a short drive away.

Wonderful stay!

My husband and I stayed in this unit for a getaway prior to his upcoming military deployment. It was really nice, as was the entire Palmetto Dunes campus. It was quiet and felt tucked away. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The bed is super comfy. The overall aesthetic of the unit was pleasant and relaxing. Short bike ride to the beach, and the shuttle service was a plus! We would stay again!

Lovely unit just right for two.

We only had a couple of days to stay. I wish it could have been longer. We did hear people walking in the unit above but that’s going to be anywhere if you aren’t in a single house. Our hosts were very nice. Easy check in and check out process.

Recliner a plus!

The villa was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked although we did not cook. Most of all there was a recliner. When relaxing in the evening there is nothing better than being able to sit and put your feet up. Other owners should take note! Nice walking trail. Short distance to beach.

Fantastic Property

My experience renting this property was wonderful. From the initial inquiry about the property to final checkout, the owners were extremely pleasant, quick to respond and helpful with questions. The property was perfect! The villa is located close to the beach, grocery store and some great restaurants. The bikes were excellent amenities in which we took full advantage! We were able to bike to aforementioned places due to the central location of the villa. The villa was clean, modern, well decorated and just the right amount of space. In short, we will definitely rerun to Hilton Head and will plan to rent this property again.

Nice and well appointed

This was a place where the owners obviously have pride of ownership. Nice, newly renovated and clean. The only 2 things we had an issue with was the mosquitoes and lack of toilet paper. With the mosquito services available nowadays it would be nice to have the garden patio area sprayed but they may have a strict hoa ordinace agains that. We had only one new roll of TP for 4 nights and 5 days but we brought our own as well so worked out; Other than that top notch!

Cozy and convenient

A nice, small 1 bedroom condo just inside the PD entry. It's a perfectly good spot for 1-2 adults. The kitchen and bathroom fixtures are above average. I saw only a few neighbors, even though there were vehicles. I didn't try to use the TV in the living room, but the bedroom TV wasn't intuitive to operate. The main thing I suggest as an improvement is a new king mattress. It wasn't restful, at all. Thanks for making the place available!
