Villamare 3526 is in Building #3 with Over 140 FIVE star reviews. I am experienced Owner/Property Manager for over 15 years of Property Management and real estate experience. Also, my husband and I live on the Hilton Head island. Our unit has a Southern exposure, 3 SMART TV'S, Ocean Views with cozy coastal decor, new furniture. and freshly painted 2024 with 2025 new master shower.. There is everything you need for a fun family Vacation in Villamare 3526. BLACK OUT t curtains in the bedrooms for sleeping late, games, blocks, cards, comfy furniture plus beach towels. to use while visiting The unit has a southern exposure which makes all rooms and terraces bright and sunny all year round, especially in the winter months. No need to bring beach towels as I have added beach towels for your convenience. Both Terraces have Ocean Views and glorious Sunsets. The kitchen has been remodeled with all stainless steel appliances and granite counters and is equipped with all you will need for a busy active family, including Keurig, and drip coffee pots, crock pot, blender, and hand mixer. As a property manager for over 1 6years, I have tried to make this condo as comfortable as your own home. We have added a new Washer and Dryer. The Foyer entrance has been remodeled and opened up for easier entrance to the Living room and "B" bedroom unit.

The living room has new furniture 2024 and is comfortable and cozy with plenty of seating for all and a 42" SMART TV on a moving arm and over 200 channels. The Living Room Terrace and second bedroom both have views of the ocean as seen in the pictures provided.

The Dining Room table seats 4 plus 2 bar stools make dining easy for your busiest days at the beach.

****Both the Master Bedroom and B unit Bedroom have new Blackout Curtains so you and your children or guests can sleep late. The Masters Bath has been remodeled and has a privacy glass partition added between the Sink/Tub area and Master Bedroom. The Bath area has new cabinetry and granite counters.

The Second Bedroom has new mattresses and 2 queen sized beds and a large private bath and shower which was remodeled in 2020. The "B" bedroom also has a SMART TV with instruction and picture of the remote to make usage easy!!.

We are in Building #3 which has 2 elevators for your convenience and plenty of underground parking. The Palmetto Dunes Association requires a $35.00 car pass fee per car per week which you will pay for and pick up when you first enter thru the Security gate. The fee is prorated according to the lenght of your stay.

*****This unit is Owned by Brookview Gardens, Inc. a charitable non profit with headquarters in Hilton Head at Shelter Cove. Charitable funds are distributed through grants to many needy Charities in the US including many in Hilton Head, South Carolina.

Perfect Way to Kick Off Summer!

We had a wonderful stay at this Villamare condo within Palmetto Dunes! Travelled with four older teens. From the start, our host Jan was fantastic—very easy to communicate with and full of great local recommendations. She also added thoughtful personal touches that made our stay incredibly convenient, including beach towels, two beach chairs, games, cards, and toiletries to get us started. The condo itself is very clean, bright, and welcoming. We especially loved the two balconies—perfect spots to enjoy sunsets with views of the ocean and trees. The location is ideal: just a short walk to the beach, the Palmetto Dunes general store, and the Shelter Cove Marina and shops right across the street.We also really enjoyed the beautiful tree-lined walking and biking paths throughout the area. This is a fantastic spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach vacation. Highly recommend—we’d absolutely stay here again!

Family trip to HHI

This was our first trip to HHI. The condo was a great location to restaurants, grocery stores and activities. The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. I would recommend this condo and stay here again.

Just Perfect

Jan was a wonderful host. She was responsive to requests and questions . The condo is beautiful. Beach access is a short walk. The pool area is perfect . Everything was as advertised and more ! We will be back !

Worth Every Penny

The property was exactly as advertised and the booking and check-in process was very easy. The owner was a pleasure to work with. No issues whatsoever! I highly recommend this unit and complex. The pool and pool deck was clean and access to the beach was convenient. Again, I highly recommend this unit/complex.

Excellent stay

This condo is in a great location, has everything you need for a relaxing vacation, the views of the ocean are perfect, and the furniture and decor are beautiful. Jan is an excellent communicator and is always available if needed to answer any questions. We enjoyed riding bikes throughout the property, swimming in the pools and of course enjoying the ocean just steps away. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas at the property so we didn't have to set up anything during the week. This is our second stay in this condo and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

50th Anniversary

This was a perfect place to stay. So centrally located. Enjoyed the beach and health club that you have access to. Knew the pools were under renovation before we got there but it didn’t prevent us from enjoying the beach. It will be gorgeous once it is done. Enjoyed the views. Felt like you were on top of the trees and ocean view was so relaxing. Even on rainy days! Jan is so easy to work with and easy to communicate with. Thank you for making our 50th so special.

Loved Villamare HHI

First time booking through VRBO, hoping we would like our selection. We loved the condo at Villamare! Perfect for 2 couples. Pictures and description online were spot on. Beautiful, and bright, very clean and updated. Great location. Balconies were great to see ocean and views above the treetops. Easy access to beach to see early morning sunrise. Only suggestion. Have some simple staples for cooking. We left our salt and pepper, for the next guests use. A fabulous 4 day vacation in Hilton Head. Thanks for a positive VRBO rental, we will for sure use it again, and look to rent from Jan again!

Another wonderful stay

Another wonderful stay at Jan's property. We had a small issue with the fridge not being cold enough at the beginning of the visit and Jan was very responsive. Luckily, setting the fridge to the coldest temperature seemed to do the trick to chill our groceries properly. We appreciated the puzzles and games that were in the condo for when we needed a break from the sun and the addition of a slow cooker and blender in the kitchen was also much appreciated. The condo was very clean overall, including the fridge. Beds are super comfortable as is the furniture. The location cannot be beat for beach access and ease of getting to other places on the island. The outdoor pool was chilly the first half of the week due to the lower temperatures, but it warmed up nicely by the end of our week.

This condo was like home at the beach.

The minute we walked in, we felt right at home. Initially, the property manager, Jan, was amazing. She contacted us before the stay and had to make a small change to the reservation and took care of us. She let us know when she heard something from building maintenance about an elevator issue, and checked on us. Thankfully this particular building had two elevators. The dish washer and clothing washer and dryer worked perfectly and we were provided correct amounts of detergent. There was plenty of cookware, dishes, glasses and silver. The condo is in fantastic shape, two full bathrooms and a separate jacuzzi tub in the master room. Two wonderful porches to watch the ocean and wildlife. Plenty of parking was available. If incoild give it more than 5 stars I would. My daughter (who is extremely picky) asked me to give a 4 on cleanliness but I would give it a 5. We’ll be back. Thank you Jan.

Fantastic place to vacation

The condo was one of the best we have ever stayed in! It was very clean, beautifully decorated and had all the extras that you need in a home away from home for the week. The view of the ocean from the condo was perfect.The owner of the condo was very easy to communicate with and made the check in / out process very efficient. The owner provided some suggestions of dining locations and activities which was much appreciated!It was a close walk to the pools and beach. We will most definitely be a returning customer at this condo!

Perfect beach stay!

Our VRBO stay was absolutely fantastic! The place was **spotlessly clean** and incredibly **close to the beach**, which made walks and swims so easy. We loved having access to the **nice pools** for a refreshing dip, and the **easy parking** was a huge plus. Its central location meant we were **close to everything** we needed, from shops to restaurants. We had a wonderful, convenient, and relaxing stay!
