The condo is located within a couple of minutes walk to the Harbour Town lighthouse. The condo is updated and well maintained. The owners are excellent with communication and very helpful. We will be staying there again someday.

This property was pretty awesome. The rooms were clean and the 2 bed 2 bath setup was fantastic with kids. The park down below was a huge hit with the kids. The proximity to everything in the Harbor made the trip a breeze. We rented bikes and rode to several spots in sea pines. The communication with the owner was great and she offered some great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome condo unit conveniently located in the midst of Harbour Town. Very clean, and lots of amenities and convenience items such as starter paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, etc. Property manager was extremely responsive with a few questions we had before and during our stay. Parking can be an issue during busy times, but not a big deal if you plan accordingly. Would stay here again!

This is the exact way to do things when you are renting a vacation property. The condo is exactly as described and pictured, and the location is excellent. The owners have been excellent with communications, even creating an app you can download with all the information you need for your stay.I will seek out this property in particular with future visits to Hilton Head. I have even posted recommendations on social media for this property, and will share this with friends and family. I highly recommend this property.

We had an excellent stay at this unit in Harbor Town for a long weekend. First, being 'in season' it was almost impossible to get a place for a long weekend but this unit was able to accommodate. It is right in the mix of everything in Harbor Town with all the local shops and food just steps away. While not close to beach (to walk), the trolley system was super easy to use to get to the Beach Club to spend our days on the beach. Sheila, was super awesome to work with and provided up with great surprise birthday cake and bubbly for the birthday celebration. Will definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to head to HHI and not needing to be ocean front.

The condo was beautiful! Expertly designed and decorated with a nautical theme throughout. The condo was actually more spacious than we had expected and perhaps too large for just two people, but it did not stop us from enjoying ourselves. I could easily see a family of 4-6 being quite comfortable here. The condo offered many luxury items to help lessen the load of what to bring with you. (beach towels, beach chairs etc.) The location for Hilton Head was perfect. One of our favorite features was the heater in the bathroom exhaust fans. We LOVED THAT FEATURE!!! Some may laugh at this comment, but it was pure luxury when stepping out of the shower!!! The digital guide was a huge help as well. It was a great reference which we referred to many times. Overall, beautiful condo and would not hesitate to recommend!

Shelia is so easy to communicate with, the condo is lovely for 2 couples or for a small family like ours. Very centrally located. I will say parking is VERY difficult because of the popularity of the area. There are 3 designated spots for the entire building. But if you’re biking that wouldn’t be an issue (our daughter is 2 so we weren’t). Walkable to restaurants & pool! Beach we chose is a little farther off. But the binder of info is super helpful! Everything we needed! Had a great time.

Condo was not quite what was advertised. No view, poor parking situation. Condo was relatively updated and decently quiet. I had not been to HH in many years and didn’t really know the area. It was a bit too hectic for our taste. Loved Sea Pines, but need a less hectic location.

We had a great stay for our 31st anniversary. Great location close to everything we wanted to do or see. Enjoyed long walks along the marina and by the bay/light house. Breakfast at the local cafe was a “must do” every morning. We will be back soon!
