Two outdoor pools promise refreshing fun in the sun, while an indoor heated pool and hot tub provide year-round relaxation. More on-site perks include a fitness center and three tennis courts. When you're ready to venture out, it's a short trip to Hilton Head attractions including Atlantic beaches and Coligny Plaza.

LIVING AREA

The sunlit living area is furnished with two armchairs and a comfy sleeper sofa. Kick back and stream new releases on the flat-screen TV with Roku.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare favorite recipes in the gourmet kitchen, newly appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. As dinner simmers, prepare tasty drinks at the wet bar.

This condo sleeps six guests between two bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

The primary suite features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV with Roku, and an en-suite bathroom configured with a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, while the guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

A comfy love seat, two armchairs, and lovely pool views set the scene for happy hours on your private screened balcony.

Kick-start your mornings at the on-site fitness center or tennis courts. Return from the beach for a refreshing dip in the two unheated outdoor pools, open seasonally from April to October. The heated indoor pool offers year-round relaxation.

Unassigned parking is available for up to two cars in the open lot. Parking passes must be purchased with cash upon arrival. The first pass is $20; an additional pass may be purchased for $5 (subject to change). Please note that boats of any kind are not permitted on the property (including kayaks and canoes).

This rental is located on the third floor. An elevator is not available.

This place met the needs of the adults and the kids. Close to the port royal sound with calmer beach and only 8 minute drive to park with more waves for the kids. The home was well equipped, clean and great size. We would definitely stay here again.

We always stay at this complex when we come to Hilton Head and this condo had everything we needed for a fun time! Also it was within sight of the large pool so I was able to run and grab a drink, etc and still keep an eye on my child and walking less than 5 min to the beachfront

Our family of 5 had the best time at this apartment!. It was very clean! In the kitchen, everything was well stocked, with all pots, plates, utensils needed. If you plan to cook in, just know to bring your own condiments. The coffee maker was great( kurig and regular), and the ice maker was a bonus!! Bathrooms were clean, had plenty of towels, all the needed starters.Beds were comfortable, even the sofa. We loved the view from the balcony overseeing the pool, where kids got to go on their own. The drive to the closest nice beach, free Chaplin park, was a short one, and all the stores were close by. We hope to come again at this vacation home!!!

Clean, bright, really nice space. 3rd floor but the stairs aren’t super steep so it wasn’t terrible and I’m out of shape. The outdoor pool was slightly on the smaller side but it had a deep end so my older boys had fun. The beach is a really short walk. If you’re wanting a beach to leisurely walk with calm waves and look for shells/wildlife, it’s great. If you’re wanting to lay out/jump waves, go to a beach like Coligny Beach Park. Overall, it was a nice place, quiet on the north side of the island but just a few minutes from anywhere.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Experience generally excellent. Quiet location with little traffic. Unit very clean. Some issues with TV remotes. Much construction going on in development, but did not affect enjoyment.

This pleace charges you ALL these fees yet they font keep the place up to par! The outside pools water was cloudy and didnt feel clean. The hot tub jets didnt work and the infoor pool was like ice water. The location is great because the beach is walking distance. Thats the only good thing about this property. I had to cancel my rental because I was notified my day of check in that the internet did not work. And Spectrum wasn't able to come until Tuesday. I was staying from Saturday-Wednesday. I was not able to watch TV, use my phone to make calls, my kids could not use there electronics and I was not able to use my laptop to work. The area is a complete dead zone and we couldn't even use a hotspot. The communication with the representatives was horrible. I had to literally call and send messages and texts to keep on nagging for a refund during my whole trip. FINALLY they sent me my refund BUT they charged my $500+ for a ONE night stay which is absolutely absurd!!!! No internet, a dirty pool outside, and a cold pool inside and hot not working! I will be contacting the BBB about this issue!

Thank you for putting so much effort into making the condo beautiful and welcoming. The only thing I was check is the guest bath room shower. The head maybe a good tightening. Water was coming out if the connection. Other than that everything was perfect

We enjoyed our stay of about 5nites here. Great location. V clean place. Lots of amenities even in the house. The screened in balcony was our favorite place to chill. We saw more birds here right thru the balcony than rest of the island. Quick access to beach. Just one tip for future visitors- there were no food items kept not even salt and pepper so remember to get your own. We left a shaker set for future visitors but there no guarantees.

Great place! We spent 5nites and very much enjoyed every bit. Lots of amenities. Enjoy the enclosed balcony a lot, no bugs to worry about and yet enjoy the outdoors in comfort. There’s a lot more birds here than anywhere in the island. Easy quick walk to the beach. Only one thing to remember there are no food items in the condo I mean not even salt and pepper. So be prepared to buy/get that too. Other than that we simply loved it.

The property itself is exactly as it is stated. No elevator, it's on the 3rd floor. Price was great so no complaints. If you like very firm beds. You will be happy. I would rent this Property again, for a vacation the location to all restaurants was great for seafood. I would also carry a king & Queen mattress toppers. We were not on vacation. We were there to attend our Son's Marine Graduation on Paris Island. As I stated before the milage is misleading on VRBO to PI. Lock key was fabulous. They were on top of our stay. We have no complaints, with this being our first experience with lock key. The owners had a lot of extras for families with children. I was appreciative of the stock Appliances in the kitchen. I had forgotten my mixer at home, and was excited not to have to run out and purchase one. The things that mattered was clean and sanitized. I loved the indoor Spa! Sona, Hot tub, and Heated pool,They were kept very clean!! We enjoyed these amenities our last two days before our drive back home. The only negative. I'm OCD so to be absolutely picky 🤣The cleaning crew could pay extra attention to details such as dust just in both bathrooms the owner have glass shaves in both. I would be remiss, if I didn't add you are just a few steps from the beach. Over all we enjoyed our stay. It's a very nice place that some may say is dated. but for us ! It was a beautiful place to rest and recuperate after saying goodbye to our Marine !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was wonderful. It was clean and organized well with plenty of room in the kitchen and bedrooms for our family. Modern furniture and a screened-in porch were nice. Little details like the ice maker, extra TVs, in-suite laundry, extra towels and blankets and kitchen utensils were great. We used the screened-in porch often and enjoyed the amenities the condo provides, like 3 pools, access to the beach, and a convenient location.

We absolutely had a great time at this location. The condo slept all 6 of us very comfortably. The place had a lot of little extras, pool floats, tennis rackets, beach toys, extra bedding, as well as weather radio, ipad and etc. This place had all the comforts of home. The beach in the morning was beautiful and just a few steps away. This place was a hidden gem.

My family and I hadn’t really taken a vacation since Covid. Staying at this condo was a nice getaway, and it helped us ease back into traveling post Covid. There was plenty of space from the other guests and the beach was so close and nice. We did venture out and mingle, but we could have easily had enjoyed our stay with very little contact with others.
