Cozy Condo location is everything - Walk to Beach, Coligny and Celebration Park.
"The owner double booked the property and didn’t tell us. We learned this only thru VRBO but the owner would not respond d to our repeated contact and we learned this 7-hours into our 9-hour drive to what we thought was a relaxing spring break. While VRBO did a great job of locating a one room hotel ..."

"Access to the beach is great. Rooms and closets are very spacious. Pool is very nice.The only disappointments were: floors and couches need a deep cleaning. All outdoor furniture is old and falling apart. Needs to be replaced.Owner was very good with communication."
