"Stayed here overnight after visiting family in Derby , check in and out easy, friendly reception staff. Very clean accomodation , tea, coffee etc, bath with overhead shower, good thick towels the room was quiet cheap overnight at £43 pub/restaurant on site for breakfast and meals, mcdonalds 2 mins walk away. Good very clean comfortable good stay. "

It is family owned and it is clear that the family and the staff put in a huge amount of effort to make everyone's stay as good as it can possibly be. "We stayed the this property for one night and was not disappointed. From the minute we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff who showed us to our gorgeous room for the night. The interior decor of the room was beautifully thought through and fet cosy and homely. We were provided with a selection of coffee pods to use on with the coffee machine, whilst also having milk and a bottle of water available in the fridge. "On arrival I was greeted by a lovely young lady who showed me to my room and made sure that I had everything that I needed. The room was pleasant and well kept. It was spacious and comfortable.
