"Our stay at Rustic Pines was great. The host provided great directions and was responsive throughout the stay. Onsite caretaker was quite helpful as well. The kitchen was well furnished, restroom was clean and bed was tidy. They do provide basic home cooked meals options if you don't prefer eating out at local restaurants. The driveway to the property is bit steep and recommended for seasoned drivers in mountain area, and the host did give us a heads up. There is no Uber service in the area but...

"Wonderful stay! Great location—close to everything but nice and quiet. Staff were very kind, friendly, & helpful. I got a room with a balcony and Mountain View’s which was wonderful. I enjoyed watching the birds & monkeys! And breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend and would happily stay there again,"

"From booking through the return from our excursion, the overall experience was excellent. The property is well maintained and professionally managed, with staff who are welcoming and attentive from arrival. Consistent with what one might expect from an ITC-associated property, Storii blends local cultural touches with attentive hospitality and quality cuisine. The newly built rooms combine local design with modern amenities and offer scenic views of the apple valley. One area for improvement: I'd booked via Hotels.com with "Pay at Property," but received multiple pre-arrival calls requesting 50% upfront payment. Staff were courteous each time, but on arrival, the full stay was charged immediately at check-in — defeating the purpose of that booking option. Not a dealbreaker, but future guests should confirm payment terms directly with the property before booking. The approach road is still under construction, though the property itself is fully accessible and operates at full capacity. Staff were proactive in managing any resulting inconvenience, ensuring guests could arrive and depart safely and comfortably."
