Location is within walking to Shibuya station, Shibuya Crossing, commercial and restaurants and airport limousine. Staff are welcoming. We did not use parking since we are travelling by gullet train, train and Uber."

"location is very convenient, especially when you need to travel to Tokyo station and Haneda airport. But condition is a bit old, especially the lift and doors. The lift door did not sense I am getting in and the closing doors knocked over my hot coffee. No daily cosmetic/skin care kit provided like other hotels in Japan. Room door making sharp squeaking noise when closing. Beds are comfortable. "
