"Service under all kritik. Kom tidigt på morgonen till hotellet. Såg att flertalet rum var lediga. Frågade om vi kunde få ett rum tidigare. Ingen respons från personalen. Frågade om vi kunde låna ett par handdukar för att kunna vila på solstolar vid poolen, men fick nej. Galonklädda solstolar är alldeles för heta för att kunna ligga direkt på utan något skydd.
