It’s great to see the Royal being improved. Was disappointed that we paid for a sea view to find our view obscured with scaffolding. Had we known we wouldn’t have paid the extra for this view. The property was a bit cold when we arrived and could have done with an airing. It soon warmed up. One or two things were missing - cafetiere - eggs cups.The beds were lovely. There are quite a lot of stairs.We enjoyed the stay a lot.
