"You have to go to the city to pick up the keys, and to pay the 70 Euros for cleaning... it's 30 to 40 Euros one way by Uber.I had to pay for cleaning but the property wasn't very clean.The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was pretty good, but only two of the burners worked with the cook ware because the other two were for induction pots. There was a lot of paint drips and grout smudges. The house was a very beautiful and a comfortable stay otherwise."

Everything you need is provided in the house, with a well equipped kitchen, beautiful courtyard space, and a roof terrace where you can enjoy views over to Doñana National Park. La atención de Josep, pendiente de darnos toda la información necesaria sobre visitas, cosas que hacer, dónde comer. Quizás la presencia de mosquitos al atardecer, aunque cabe destacar que la casa está provista de mosquiteras."

"We stayed 16 friends at El Cotillo for a week this July, we were welcomed by Carlos who has been wonderful in helping us with everything we needed and being like a friend to us during our stay. The property was beautiful, even better than the photos and very clean. The perfect place for our summer reunion holiday, we enjoyed the outdoor areas and the pool very much. The kitchen was very well equipped and the local supermarket too. We would love to return thank you very much!"

"Villa spacieuse mais peu entretenue ( portail très ancien avec serrure difficile, jardin pas entretenu, électroménager vétuste, beaucoup d'ustensiles inutiles et inutilisables qui encombrent les placards de la cuisine ..) . 2 hangars désaffectés autour de la villa dont 1 dans lequel se trouvent enfermés plusieurs chiens. 1 terrain vague contiguë à la villa avec un âne(très gentil) attaché tte la journée et plusieurs chats errants. "Todo genial, la estancia en la casa ha sido maravillosa por la ubicación. Lo único que nos ha gustado menos es que el horario de entrada a la casa ha sido a las 16:00 de la tarde y perdímos bastante tiempo en la mañana que llegamos, pero lo demás todo genial. Habitaciones,colchones,sábanas y toallas nuevas. Aires acondicionados. Repetiremos.Gracias!"

"Les environs immédiat de la maison ne sont pas de toute beauté mais l’enceinte de la maison est top. C’est très propre et bien équipé. Le jardin est la piscine sont superbes. Nous y avons passé un séjour à 4 adultes, 2 ados et 2 enfants dans de très bonnes conditions."
