"We were visiting relatives and found Hickory Hill a really wonderful place to stay, both comfortable and pleasant. It is a working kennel so there were occasional barks but was very quiet at night- you can see both sunrise and sunset from the deck. The area has dark skies so the stars are really clear ... big improvement for us city folks. Very glad they board people in addition to pups! :)"

There was lots of room for everyone to spread-out, but the family spent most of the time in the game room playing pool, fuzzball, shuffleboard and Ping-Pong. "A weekend getaway w a lifelong friend. We greatly enjoyed the beautiful view, sitting by the big windows in the morning, sipping coffee and catching up. It’s just what we needed. Shelburne Falls has a very nice Main Street (Bridge Street). The Blue Rock restaurant is a high recommend."

"This property had plenty of space for the family to spread out when needed and open common areas for when we wanted to be together. Perfect location for skiing. Rooms were basic, though clean and neat. Easy communication with property manager and it has must-needed wi-fi throughout the house!"

"Our family had such a nice time staying at this property! It was extremely clean, loved how close it was to Mount Snow and the beds and couches were very comfortable. Hot tub was clean and functional as well. The building has one other townhome unit attached to it and we still found it to be quiet. The back porch area with the hot tub is very private from the other unit. We arrived during a heavy snow storm and we found the roads on the complex and the driveway to be plowed well when we arrived...

"We loved our stay at the chalet. It's perfectly situated in the cutest little neighborhood, while also feeling very secluded. The chalet had everything we needed for our stay. While visiting we walked a few of the trails nearby, part of the Valley Trail and the Hoot, Toot and Whistle. They were both perfect for our pups, especially during hunting season. We gave our pups an extra squeeze in honor of Scarlet. Thank you for sharing your place with us! We would love to stay again!!"
