"I chose this hotel specifically because of its location very close to the main station in Innsbruck. I planned three trips out of town by train during my week, so being 5 minutes away from the station was ideal. It is also only a few minutes walk away from the main attractions of the historic part of the city as well. Local public transport also interconnects at the station including bus line F from the airport which runs every 20 minutes on Saturdays and takes about 15 minutes journey time. On arrival I was asked to pay the local tourist tax, but in return I was given a Freedom card which gave me free public transport"

"Great location under ground car park 15euros a night was perfect as we travelled with a motorbike. Disappointed the spa and sauna hadn’t been completed, we were offered a sister hotels spa services but didn’t see the point. Breakfast was good, downstairs no restaurant for evening meals although they did offer some kind of local specialties you could try and write on your honesty sheet for drinks and food. Room was huge and lovely as was bathroom and the balcony was great for views and watching the thunderstorms. Downside was no air con in rooms"

"The hotel was a little dated, but everything was great. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we’ve had. The spa area had everything you needed. The location was right near the town and right on a steam. Be careful about the parking garage. I got a big scratch on my car because there’s a handrail that’s in a bad position."

"Wonderful stay at Das Innsbruck with our three children. The location was amazing, right in the heart of the city, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent, and the pool area was lovely for the children after a day exploring. We felt it offered really good value for money and would happily stay again as a family."

"Bon rapport qualité prix. Bien situé juste à l’extérieur du centre touristique mais à quelques minutes de marche seulement. Parfait pour dormir sans trop de bruit. Dans les détails, pommeau de douche pas pratique, pas de porte savon, pas de bouteille d’eau. Sinon, très bien et j’y retournerais."
