"Overall our stay was good. Nothing too noteworthy in my opinion, clean enough, nice enough and a really cool view. The only downside that comes to mind was the check in time of 4PM. That last hour makes a big difference in my opinion and it was a little annoying. Other than that the spa was really cool, a sauna overlooking the city was really fun."

"Staff were lovely, with great English spoken. Room was compact but very clean. Great views of the busy railway yet no noise to be bothersome. We did miss having any tea/coffee/water in the room however the train station next door has all you need. Innsbruck is beautiful & our stay here was great."

"Great location on main street and next to shopping complex, spotless, quiet room and excellent facilities - great restaurant and bar, didn't have time to check out the gym, but it's the first hotel I've experienced with free laundry room - washing machines, dryers, ironing and detergent!"
