"Hallo Sandrine, wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung. Mit 5 Personen war das komplette Haus eigentlich zu groß, jedoch unser Papa ist stark gehbehindert und so konnnte er mit seinem Rollator alle Räume im Erdgeschoß ohne Einschränkung problemlos erreichen. Die Küche ist ganz neu und es ist alles an Geräten und Geschirr vorhanden, was man braucht. Leider hatten wir auch Regenwetter und so benutzten wir den Standkicker in der geräumigen Diele um uns die Zeit ein wenig zu...

"The house is very beautifull and wel equiped, everything you might possibly need is there. The rooms are even more beautifull than the pictures show. Only the communication with the owner and the housekeeper was difficult. It was not clear for us how to check out and in. And we received a strange SMS message from the housekeeper that we had to pay 100 euro extra, which was not true..."

It’s in a private area with gate system which gives a very secure feeling although being in a sleepy village there wasn’t any cause for worry. parking space for 2 cars. We were glad of the airco in the dining area as temperatures got quite high in the afternoon/evening. "We really enjoyed our stay in this house near Straßbourg. The surrounding area is calm and typical for a small French town. Subsequently, lots of solid opportunities to eat and drink. The house itself was clean and spacious. Except for the missing WIFI, we did not miss anything. Highly recommended!"

All floors were dirty, dusty everywhere and bathrooms and toilets were also very dirty and unkempt - according to the owner, a cleaning lady was sent over 2.5 days later. So we spent 2.5 days in a completely filthy and unkempt house. - [ ] Kitchen utensils broken, dirty and generally poorly equipped - [...

"We stayed for 1.5 weeks in this very pleasant cottage. It has a small kitchen on the ground floor, lounge and dining table on the first floor and a nice bedroom in the attic. The cottage is newly refurbished with new wooden floorboards and beams complementing the original 18th-century ones which gives it a nice atmosphere. The cottage is only a few minutes' walk from the vineyards and the dozens of well-marked trails that criss-cross the Alsace region, including the GR5 route. Barr serves well...

"Terrasse envahie par les mauvaises herbes, 2 des chambres en mezzanine qui donnent sur la cuisine et le salon sans aucune aeration donc irrespirables quand il fait chaud, pas de détecteur de fumée, équipement de base non présent ( passoire, planche à découper...). A noter la proximité immédiate d'une ferme d'élevage et des inconvénients associés. Dommage, car la propriété et ses environs sont très agréables, avec la proximité d'un plan d'eau avec sa petite plage."

The expectations of our stay in Alsace were exceeded due to our hosts Nicole and Jean-Luc Dreyer and their family, their Alsatian origins, their lovely property and its location in Alsace. The large property is in the middle of an old village on the wine route, hosting historic buildings and gardens; truly unique. The entry is dated 1574. When the property doors are open, visitors stop for pictures. The gite is clean and the galley...

"This is a perfect holiday location....the apartment has everything you need & was spotlessly clean. Gengenbach is probably the prettiest town we saw in the Black Forest & a fantastic base to explore the region. We stayed 11 nights & used the train on the Konus card scheme every day bar 1.....great for taking the stress away & having a German beer or 2! Anja was fantastic in welcoming us & giving lots of tips on where to eat etc....she was always at the end of the phone if we had a question....

The village is very beautiful with lots of vineyards around. We enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to come back to the house any time!"
