"No one came to my room during my entire 4 day stay to refresh or even clean it. I even contacted the concierge that had reached out to me and she confirmed that cleaning would come by on day 2. Still, no one ever came. This was extremely disappointing considering I paid almost $1500 to stay there and I know that is not the brand."

"High hopes for the room, but when we got there the toilet wouldn’t completely flush. After repeated requests, it was seen to and flushed better the next day. We used the lobby facilities in the mean time. At 10:45 the first night, the fire alarm went off and were told to exit the building. By the time we were dressed and ready to leave, a staff member came through and said someone set off the alarm smoking in the stairwell. At 12:41am the alarm went off again. This time we got up and dressed and walked down 12 flights of stairs . Guests were all in the lobby along with the Atlanta fire department. After a while we all went up the elevator to our rooms. The alarm went off a total of 8 more times through the night until 8:45 the next morning. It was cut off before the voice demanded us to leave the building, but the damage was done. No sleep. To their credit our room was comped for that night. Breakfast was good. Nice choices but we sifted coffee grounds through our teeth. Staff play video games on their phones loudly. The best workers were the valet staff. "

"I will never go to that hotel again very bad service. The carpet was soaking wet from the hallway to the windows in my room. It smelled bad and they would not trade my room. I left a day early. The butter for the food was very cold and no one would allow you to use their microwave. They had grits that was impacts to make how are we supposed to fix the grits for breakfast and you can’t use a microwave for it unbelievable could not find a cart for the luggage. The front desk lady said you have to go on all the floors to look for one very nonchalant the Night Shift guy that was there when we checked in 11 o’clock the night we were supposed to check in p.m. never said anything about praying for your pet the next morning. A lady told me I had to pay $75 for my dog unbelievable never again. "

"We enjoyed the very warm pool. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were so friendly. The room showed a little wear and tear but nothing too serious. "
