"Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean but as a Westerner, the beds are too had an uncomfortable and the pillows are flat. TVs should be updated where customers can BlueTooth to the TV for streaming (not everyone speaks Japanese or wants to watch Japanese television). Shower head/water pressure feels like you are being pelted with needles. Dryer function on washing machine does not work well so be prepared to air dry which takes a long time. Otherwise, very centrally located...

"We loved our stay. As soon as we arrived, Izumi gave us a lot of advice on places to visit. The room was comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. We will certainly return to this accommodation if we return to the island."
