"It was my 2nd visiting at Kayausagi. Thus stay also was full of satisfaction! Hotspring, Food, Staff kindness, everything! They provide pick up&drop off service, ans it was very convenient to book transportation via Expedia message function in advance. I personally wants to share a sincere gratitude to Kayausagi that contacting and helping me regarding my lost item(phone) even after my stay :)"

"チェックインの際、外国の方だったので戸惑いがありました。アメニティや浴衣の説明がなく、後から気付いて取りに行きました。温泉は泉質がいいのか、お肌つるつるしっとりしていました。食事も美味しかったです。炊き込みごはんは米が何か違うような気がしましたが味は美味しかったです。朝の白米はつやつやでしておそらく新米でした。貸切湯が宿泊者は半額ということでしたが、ここは無料の宿が多いので無料にするべきだと思いました。お部屋は清潔感もありよかったです。割引きで安く泊まれてこのクオリティまた泊まりたいと思えました、チェックアウトも11時で朝もゆったり準備できました。お世話になりましたありがとうございました。"

"전통과 역사가 느껴지는 곳입니다. 살짝 노후된 부분과 냉난방이 약하다는 부분을 제외하면 흠잡을 곳 없이 완벽한 느낌입니다. 또한 완전히 로컬느낌이기 때문에 외국의 관광객은 많지 않습니다."

"Staff were very friendly and courteous. Kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast were out of the world! Onsen, water temperature was perfect, and Jungle Onsen was interesting. Our room was tatami room with 2 beds which was large enough and comfortable. Even though the unit was rustic, it was very clean. They had no problem picking us up from the JR station even though I called the hotel in the morning of the arrival day. (Get off at JR Chikugo-Yoshiimachi station.)
