The hotel was very well appointed and I knew what to expect having stayed in a Dormy Inn before. Great facilities that include onsen and free ramen. The location was slightly further from theain area but had a good range of restaurants within walking distance.

A great stay - hotel is well located for walking, bus or tram to everywhere we wanted to go. Our queen room was spacious and had all the amenities. The onsen was lovely. Laundry was a big plus - wash was free and dry only 100 yen. And they have an ice machine which was a great benefit given the hot summer weather. Easy checkin - they stored our luggage and dealt with receiving our luggage shipped from Kyoto. Staff are helpful and friendly. A great value too. Highly recommend!

Room design is good so even though it's small it doesn't feel cramped. Nice extras in the hotel such as free ice creams in the evening. I didn't have time for an onsen outside so using the one here was a nice beginner experience.

I did not know they give me a room without views and facing corridor of other building. I find it as there is Onsen. The Onsen is ok but not very good. Anyway I think the website has responsibilities to let us know the view first

The place was convenient to everything, walking to distance to restaurants, shopping. The place was cleaned, natural spring water onsen was available almost all day. The staffs were helpful when you need assistance, especially 山崎 front desk staff was patiently helped us to fill out paper for transferring our luggages to the next destination hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights during our train tour through Japan. Its location - about 1,5 km from the train station - 1,2 km from Peace Memorial Park and 2,4 km from Hiroshima Castle - made it a logistically ideal hub to visit all our destinations by foot or public transport. The hotel is like new and spotlessly clean. The staff at the reception does not speak very good English, but are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. There is also a free shuttle bus to the station. This makes the distance to the station simply not an issue.

Nice and smooth

Everything was nice and smooth during my stay at this hotel. At reception they explained all I need to know staying this hotel. Far from Train station but walking distance to restaurants.

Great Dormy Inn

This Dormy Inn is very good. It’s clean, staff is great, breakfast is good, Onsen is the best part. It’s about a 20 min walk to the Peace Park. And 15 mins shuttle ride to the Hiroshima train station. My only complaint About Dormy Inns are the hard pillows. But the rest is wonderful.

Few parking spaces

Although parking service is provided, I arrived late on the day and there were no parking spaces left in the parking tower. The hotel asked me to go to the parking lot at the back, but I found that it was also full. I was able to park successfully only after other guests cancelled their reservations.

By far the best place we stayed for our trip to Japan. The room was very clean, the staff is friendly, and the amenities were amazing. My partner and I stayed here for one night but I wish we stayed longer. Our view of the city and the mountains were beautiful. I wanted to try an onsen but had never used one before. There are very helpful signs and information for how to use it and my experience was fantastic. My partner has tattoos and they offer patches to cover them since tattoos are not allowed. The breakfast was amazing and everything tasted wonderful. I can not recommend this hotel enough. We will now look for Dormy Inns every time we travel.

Perfection in every way!

I stayed 3 nights at Dormy during my solo trip to Japan. My room was clean and very quiet. The extra amenities make you feel like you're home! The breakfast buffet was the absolute best I've had anywhere in the world! The evening noodle service was an extra treat. Above all, the staff was warm and friendly and professional. Location was perfect with a bus stop nearby to take me to Hiroshima Station. Peace memorial park and great shopping /dining within walking distance. A 7-11 was across the street with ATM and I could load yen on my Icoca card. I highly recommend Dormy Inn whether you are traveling for business or pleasure. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The staff was amazing always very helpful with an question or need. Laundry service in room pickup or DIY (free wash, easily dry in 40min 200y) Public bath was very relaxing. Location was close to bus to get to Hiroshima Station, walking diatance to all the Peace Memorials and museums.
