The hotel was gorgeous and extremely clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was extensive with an unimaginable variety. The view was gorgeous as well. The only negative is that all the amenities come at an additional cost.

Fantastic location, yes it’s a bit out of town but even has its own wharf with ferry to Miyajima! Dinner Buffet was delicious and an amazing view. All staff were excellent.

Everyone was so kind, respectful, and attentive. The food was delicious! The view from the top bar was unforgettable! Love the ocean view from my room window as well as being able to walk to the pier. Can’t believe I stayed where President Biden and other world leaders stayed! If you can, please stay here.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, super convenient if you want to take the ferry to Miyajima. There is a shuttle available to and from Hiroshima station (from needs to be booked in advance, but we walked on the shuttle back to the station without an advance booking). The rooms were wonderful, with many amenities including comfy pajamas, bed/pillows, and a place to lay down and watch TV if desired. You can easily sign into your own streaming subscriptions from the TV. We only stayed one night, but it was a fantastic stay.

The Grand Prince in Hiroshima is very impressive at first, the staff is above and beyond friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and fast. We had a room on the 17th floor, one or two doors away from a G7 Summit suite. The rooms are pretty large by Japanese standards. Big windows to enjoy the one of a kind view. That's about where the good ends, the carpets are pretty stained and old looking. The chairs are uncomfortable, it's like they don't want you lounging in your room. The bed was nice and we slept okay. The bathroom has a step up which is easy to forget about so my big toes are now bloody. The bathtub drained kinda slow so you end up getting a footbath with your shower. All in all, they have the ability to be a great outstanding hotel but fall short somewhat on the simple stuff.

Location of the property is excellent. Having a eoom in the ocean view was amazing. Food was at rooftop terrace restaurant was not worth for the price. Some desserts were finished, they didn't fill even we asked. May be they were rushed to close it at 9pm.
