Es ist Zeit zu renovieren/modernisieren, aber ich konnte relativ ruhig schlafen. Ein Hinweis auf die Parkplätze wäre vorab gut gewesen.

I was offered the worst room even though I paid far more for it. The smell of the room was awful. The smell of the bathroom was also terrible. I was afraid that if I complained, it would get worst.

Simpel und Zweckmäßig für kleinen Geldbeutel. Für einfache Ansprüche ausreichend. Sehr gut ist in unmittelbare Nähe zu Supermarkt, Bäcker, Mcdonalds, Restaurant, Tankstelle und anderes. Sehr gut zu erreichen von Autobahn. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit gemäß der Preisklasse. Leider nur eingeschränkte Zeiten an der Anmeldung 16:00-20:00 Uhr.

In der Dusche dachte ich das die Fliesen in Kopfhöhe gerissen sind mit der Zeit, dabei stellte es sich heraus daß es lange Damen Haare waren. Am nächsten Tag würde mir sofort ein anderes Zimmer angeboten was diese Mängel nicht hatte. Aber insgesamt war es eine Notlösung. Frühstück wird nicht mehr angeboten. Das einzig positive sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Nähe.

Das Minus Hotel

Ich wollte nur nach 20:00 Uhr anreißen. Muss dazu sagen, ich habe pro Jahr, seit über 10 Jahren, weit mehr als 100 Übernachtungen. Da kommt es vor das man abends arbeitet und dann mal 200 km fährt weil der nächste Kunde am nächsten Tag eben nicht im Nachbardorf zu finden ist. Ich hab mit einer „Dame“ telefoniert. Schlüsselkästen gibt es nur für die Feuerwehr, um 20:00 Uhr muss man spätestens da sein. Auch hatte ich Hotels in meinem Leben die den Schlüssel anderswo platziert hatten, ich konnte ihn dort holen. Hier nichts zu machen. Man mag sich nicht ausmahlen wie es sonst da zu geht. Servicegedanke Note 6 Mitdenken beim Arbeiten Note 6 Betriebsführung Note 6 Verstehen der Branche Note 6 Besser wäre es das Haus unter eine Leitung zu geben, die wissen wie man ein Hotel führt.

Super Unterkunft und ruhige Zimmer, trotz Festival..ich war selbst zu Gast aufgrund des Braincrusher in Hirschaid zu Gast War ein super Erlebnis und das Frühstück war auch top :)

Easy parking in shopping car park adjacent to hotel. Reception on first floor (lift from street level). Efficient and friendly check in. Pleasant simple “Italian” restaurant 100 m away - no restaurant in hotel. Quiet location. Definitely desirable to have a car if staying here.

Betten müssen neue rein mittelmäßig das Hotel

Wir waren enttäuscht, schwerbehinderung mitgeteilt und das Zimmer am Ende des Hauses mit weitesten Weg zum laufen bekommen. Die Betten erschreckend , man sackte in der so weichen Matratze so tief, daß wir ohne Unterstützung vom Enkelkind nicht aus dem Bett kamen. Zum Glück nur eine Nacht gewesen. Für ältere oder kranke nicht geeignet. Da muß dringend etwas geändert werden. Rezeption nur von 16 bis 20 Uhr besetzt ist auch nicht besonders gut. Das einzige was gut war , war das Frühstück.
