"Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was spotlessly clean and had the charm of living with friends and family. The decor in the downstairs restaurant was absolutely beautiful and warm and cozy. The food was magnificent. Everything was an excellent quality and I love how so much of the food contained the herbs and vegetables from their garden."
