"We were given the wrong room initially, but were able to contact the property to get switched. Our rate said it included breakfast but we were told we couldn’t get breakfast without paying an additional fee. They did let us check in early which was nice! "

"Clean, updated quiet rooms, good location. Staff were pleasant and helpful and spoke English. Convenient walk or quick ride on trams/buses to shopping, sites, train station. Can be a little noisy from street during peak traffic hours if window is open. Didn’t get a chance to try breakfast or happy hour, but it looked good."
