"Leonardo’s Hotel Schonbrunn is a good choice for a very comfortable stay while in Vienna. The Hotel is just in front of a subway station with access to the whole integrated transportation system and close to Schonbrunn Palace, one of Vienna’s Laandmarks."

"The rooms are what I would expect for this rating but not for this price. It is unacceptable to have a curtain with drawers instead of a proper wardrobe with a closing door. How expensive would that be? Breakfast was very limited, not full English. Dinner selection also limited but very reasonably priced. The staff spoke very limited English and they always seemed lost when asked about simple things, such was distance to historic landmark or location of a conference room. One of the waiters...
