From the moment we checked in, the service was consistent and friendly, notably people we interacted with most frequently was helpful, informative and efficient: Daniel and Brooke - kudos to them for their quality service! (This does not dismiss the fact that all the staff here, front of house and the housekeeping folks are consistent and wonderful). "We had a 4 day stay and had a great time.This is a modern hotel which is next to a train station U4 thus, you can reach all the major destinations by just hopping on and off the trains and avoid too much walking. The free breakfast buffet is also awesome. For a family of 4 like ours, this is a huge saving. It is also attached to a mall so there are groceries and restaurants you can just go to. I can definitely recommend this hotel to whoever comes to Vienna for a visit. "
