"The public spaces were immaculate! While my room had signs of wear and tear but was definitely clean.
I would have liked if they restocked the room more aside from drinks here and there. I ordered room service multiple times, never arrived and when I called to ask about it they gave me the extension and no one ever answered. Also the options for room service were almost always “sold out”
Reservations for dinner were ridiculous, you can’t sign up too early but then all the spots are gone when you can. The pools were great, clean and perfect temperature.
I was upset about the fact that I would ask for a mocktail on their menu that was on the app and they wouldn’t make it for me, this happened numerous times. I did get 2 during my 5 day stay and they were delicious! I also asked for a virgin pina colda when they wouldn’t make my mocktail and the bar tender put in alcohol. Red Bulls were at the bar but they weren’t included, $5 for a small reg can.
Buffett wasn’t great in my opinion, very little options and bland. More options on the family side Buffett in the sister resort I had access to, but still not great. I just felt with it being all inclusive my food options were EXTREMELY limited due to a number of reasons I said above.
Overall it was gorgeous and clean, I would have liked more friendliness from the staff and willingness to get what I asked for rather than pushing me aside or being dismissive. Family side seemed better with friendliness."
