"Belnin at the front desk, Eddy, Christopher & Perla at the Sports Bar were amazing and made our trip amazing and unforgettable. This is my second time at this property since first going in 2024 and I have no notes. Every single person on & off the resort were so kind and helpful. I loved the resort cats, the property was always clean and there is just endless things to do at this hotel. Best way to move around is via uber. HIGHLY recommend for anyone to go if you are ever traveling to DR :)"

"I will start off by saying the that the food is terrible even at resort expectations. Although you won’t get 5 star quality at most resort this by far was the worst quality I ever had internationally. The staff hospitality was great and almost made up for the food but once I had to leave the resort to get something eat, I was over it. We also got locked inside of the room and it took the maintenance team quite awhile to finally get us out the room but unfortunately we missed out excursion time because we were heading out to the lobby and no one even reach out to us to compensate us for the mishap. "

"The hotel is very nice however it is a relaxful atmosphere meaning no entertainment nor local or top alcohol. The buffet was minimal. They do have casino however drinks are separate."
