It was a little inconvenient that the front desk had limited operation hours and that there were limited dining options in the neighborhood (no food delivery available via Uber Eats either), but still the friendly service overtakes these little inconveniences. "In fact, I had a bad experience during check-in. The man at the reception was careless and, despite having already paid, the full amount was charged again. I ended up paying twice, and it took time to get the refund. However, Simin Mandegarian was truly amazing and completely changed my experience. Her responsiveness, support, and clear explanations made a big difference. Her multilingual skills were also a great help.

"Exceptionally clean, self-catering accommodation. Convenient location close to Wuppertal Hauptbahnhof and Schwebebahn. A range hood over the cooktop would be good - accidentally set off the smoke alarm. I heard another guest managed it as well. No dishwasher or washing machine in room. Guest laundry only had one machine and was never available when needed. Public laundromat nearby was good - cash only. "
