Wonderful time in a beautiful location at this peaceful cabin. We really enjoyed being able to relax and reconnect. The cabin is well done and very welcoming! If we’re in the Nashville area again definitely a place I would enjoy coming back to!
We were in town for a family funeral. I wanted to be at a serene location. This was certainly the spot. And having the pavilion made having extended family over perfect. Would stay again. Thank you.
The property is like a picture post card! It is exactly as advertised, and more. The cabin was rustic, yet very comfortable. Evertyhing was clean and in working order. Even if you are not an early riser, it is worth geting up at least one morning to catch the sun rise from the front porch. The peoperty os as immaculate as the cabin and we enjoyed exploring the grounds and enjoying the views. Thank you for sharing this properrty.
Absolutely gorgeous property. Stayed in the cabin and utilized the pavilion for the party and guests just went on and on about the beautiful location. Diana was very accommodating and sweet! It was a great way to ring in 50!
Our family enjoyed gathering in the large kitchen while we cooked and the children played. It was a wonderful relaxed environment and offered us the quality family time we were seeking. We explored the property together and took in the fresh air. Even the dog had a great time!
This was an amazing property to have our daughters wedding at. From Diana to Kasey and the grounds manager John, everyone was very helpful in making sure we had an incredible stay. The cabin gives you just some of the charm and beauty that this whole property has to offer. The pavilion made for a perfect setting for the wedding with about 65 guest and even though the temps were in the 90's the breeze you get was amazing! Plenty of shaded areas to stay cool. Would highly recommend both the cabin and the cottage and grounds!
The cabin and property are magnificent. Inside and out meticulously kept and beautifully furnished. We had a great time relaxing on the covered porch with beautiful views sunrise to sunset. Beds and bath are new and comfortable. The kitchen had all the equipment needed to cook and host a party for 20 people in the nearby pavillion.
This is a beautiful location out in peaceful middle Tennessee. We spent a relaxing week enjoying the countryside and all the lovely views. There were several local eateries that were delightful. Plus, the host was gracious and very welcoming!
I can not rave enough about our stay! Diana was an amazing host, I enjoyed our conversations and wish I had more time to just sit and talk. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
We rented this home due to the pavilion on the property that was perfect for our large Thanksgiving gathering. Thanksgiving turned out rainy and cold, but Diana had a fix for that, clear panels put up around the pavilion to block the wind, we rented propane heaters and the meal was a success! The log cabin is beautiful and cozy, the history of the home, the foundation of the pavilion and the grounds are just beautiful. I wished we would have had time to go exploring the trails, but that means we just have to come back. Not only did we leave with wonderful memories, but we left with two puppies that will be forever part of our family. I can't wait to return!
A relaxing stay in a comfortable home with beautiful views!
We all had a fabulous time at this comfortable log home. We invited all our family in Tennessee up for a day of fun! Our grandchildren had a great time running and playing games all around the property. And all the amenities were there to make our stay perfect! And the spectacular views were everywhere you looked! Our Hostess was very gracious and extremely helpful with any of our requests! I do hope we get to go back and visit someday!
It should be noted that there is a property caretaker living there in a house 20 yards from where you are staying. Caretaker was working and using power tools while we were trying to have a relaxing time. People were coming and going throughout the time we stayed there. The owner also lives on property. Our check in was lacking due to mis-informing us about some maintenance issues going on upon arrival.
The accommodations and surroundings exceeded our expectations. Beautiful, comfortable cabin that felt like home. My husband and I were away with our son and his girlfriend. We spent time in Nashville which was about a 30 minute drive from the cabin. It was nice to be in the city in the evening and wake up in the country. The best of both worlds.
