The staff was very friendly and always assisted me with anything I needed. I loved the breakfasts and especially the charming tea room where they were served each morning. I felt very safe and well cared for throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone wanting comfort and a perfect location in Bariloche."

"A great view of the lake but apart from that, the hotel disappointed. The food was basic and the coffee at breakfast was terrible and totally undrinkable. The staff were not particularly friendly and the hotel felt very corporate and with an atmosphere. We were given a twin room despite booking a double and were then moved to a smaller room when we asked to change for a room with one bed."

"Initial room we were put in was small, bathroom minuscule and noisy. Next day we asked to be moved and we were moved into better room. Ask for room at back. Parking great. Staff helpful and nice. "

"Rooms at the back of the hotel can hear the warning alarm go off when the underground parking gate opens. Staff were understanding and moved me to a room at the front of the hotel. I sensed that they were aware of the issue. Rooms were comfortable but i would pay more for a quieter hotel"
