"Due to my late arrival and early departure, I did not interact directly with staff, only through messaging. However, they were VERY attentive and super helpful. The room and facility were clean and organized. It’s not the newest place in the world, but is very well kept and quite charming. I had absolutely not complaints. With the recent heat wave, the fan that was in the room was a welcome treat! Thanks for a very pleasant stay!!"

"We had such a nice stay at Alpina. Locations was prime and safe. Staff was wonderful. The breakfast selection was smart, delicious and fresh. I would definitely go back here. Hotel guest was nice, warm and absolutely gentleman."

"Parking was right at the hotel. Large rooms with large balconies that gave us a great view of the valley. Staff was very attentive, even had room service. There were two fans we could use as there was no a/c. Unfortunately our neighbors sat on their balcony laughing a drinking till at least midnight so we couldn’t keep our windows open. The room was a bit too warm. Everything was spotless and the breakfast had many different options. Very tasty. We would stay here agin in the future."

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The way the rooms were assigned felt discriminatory. I strongly advise Asian travelers not to stay at this hotel.
