"Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great very near at the Train Station. I would recommend to friends, and we’ll definitely stay again if we come back in katsuta."

"You get your own parking spot right out front of your room. The room itself is a nice size. There’s a vending machine and washing machine onsite as well. "事前に持病で掃除後の窓開放、空気清浄機の作動をお願いしていたのに、窓も開いておらず空気清浄機はコンセントすら刺さっていませんでした。 風呂場の扉が開いていただけで非常にガッカリしました。 風呂場トイレの隅には髪の毛のカスや、風呂場のゴミ箱にゴミ袋がついてない、浴槽にピンクの異物がついていたり、水垢もすごくて本当に残念でした。 フロントの隣に外喫煙所があり、紙タバコなんて吸っている人がいると風にのってかなり煙臭いです。 なぜBoxタイプの喫煙所にしなかったのか謎です。 喘息持ちやタバコの煙が苦手な方には配慮がないHotelです。 とりあえず色々残念でした。 フロントの方の対応は良かったです。"

"They advertised that the hotel was 14 minutes walk to Kairekeun park where we wanted to go. The hotel was very far- it was 14 minutes taxi ride and had to wait more than 15 minutes just to get a taxi. We had a limited time to see the Plum festival. Most of the time was spent commuting. We wanted to walk and explore and was not able to do it"
