"A delightful little cabin for two. We felt like we were alone in the middle of the forest. I loved drinking my morning coffee on the covered deck as the sun came up (or didn't, on our one rainy day here). At night we had an amazing view of the stars from the uncovered part of the deck. The cabin was clean and warm, with plentiful hot water and coffee filters. Instructions to access the cabin and use everything included (TV, heaters, hot tub) were clear and didn't fail us. We made several day trips to local beaches and to the restaurants in town. Loved that the EV charger at the library is free to use! Port Renfrew is a friendly place and we enjoyed our short stay here."

"Stunning views from balcony, kitchen, dining table and living room. Beautiful getaway along the rugged coast. Stayed in October. Advice to other non-summer guests, gas up before you come and bring groceries with you. Provisioning is sparse. But the Renfrew Pub served us well. Loved the fireplace!! "

"We had a wonderful time in Port Renfrew and loved the cozy cottage. It was perfect for our family of 6 with plenty of space in the living areas and bedrooms. It had everything we needed, so it’s no problem to just show up with your clothing and groceries. They even had some spices and olive oil which was helpful because we forgot our olive oil. It’s close to a number of beaches and hiking trails, so we were never without something to do. We messaged Martyn when we noticed that the garbage depot down the road was closed on the day of our departure (it’s closed Wednesdays and Thursdays) and it responded very quickly to help us problem solve before checking out. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others interested in exploring the area. "

"An amazing stay for us. Everything was perfect. The views were spectacular. All amenities were provided. Sitting on the deck overlooking the bay with the fire pit on provided a perfect relaxing environment. If we come back to this area we will stay here again for sure. Hopefully longer. We stayed 3 nights. The host was very communitive & provided information as required. Reviews (not third party) on VRBO are very impotent for guests based on some of our past experiences.
