"I stay at the Hampton by Hilton Stansted every month now. I travel up for work and usually stay for a week. The rooms are really great – clean, comfortable beds, a good variety of pillows, spotless bathrooms and a smart TV.
The restaurant is good too. The menu is simple but tasty, and the food is always cooked well. Breakfast is excellent, with a buffet, waffle machine, porridge, all the usual cooked breakfast options, as well as pastries, fruit and more. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Parking can be a bit hit and miss. I always manage to get a space, even though I'm in and out every day, but I have occasionally noticed people struggling to find one. The hotel is right next to the train station and the airport, making it a really convenient location.
I highly recommend paying a little extra for a runway-view room. The sun sets just beyond the runway and makes for some fantastic photos."
