"The place was very well groomed and the early check in notification by text was unexpected and very much welcomed. That made the experience great from the beginning. Very nice flowers and clean pool"

"Proximity to town and beach make this hotel a great choice! Chairs and umbrellas are available on beach from 9AM. Would like to have see the hot tub open later. Pool and hot tub are clean and working."
"Nice ocean views, and particularly great views from the rooftop. House was clean, except for the main sofa in the main sitting area - was filthy. Nicest master bedroom/closet we've ever had in a rental. Sadly, the house is not a beach house. 19 minute walk to the beach. The listing says "on the beach". I asked about the proximity before I rented it and never received an answer; now I know why. The "deeded access" is just a public path to the beach. This is not a house for beach lovers, a long walk and doesn't qualify for a MBPOA pass. As to Marquis, we were locked out on arrival at the house (key was not where it said it would be). We called and were told that the emergency response team would be getting back to us ASAP. We never received a call/text/email from the response team. Upsetting. And why don't take Amex? Any other travel company I've ever dealt with takes Amex, so I am surprised that you do not. Thanks for listening. "
