The staff are incredibly professional, kind and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Their warmth makes leaving a little sad. The location is also ideal. A lovely hotel that I would happily return to.

I had a great stay at the Ksar Anika. The room was beautiful and super comfortable. Overall the hotel had a great ambiance and the complementary breakfast was delicious. The staff were also really helpful and friendly and made a really pleasant stay.

Excellent renovation of a previously beautiful riad

We are a family of four with two children ages 13 and 11. We were looking for a Riad that had more than a dipping pool for relaxing and could accommodate a suite with two connecting rooms. (Hard to find at a reasonable price in Marrakesch) We also wanted accommodations that visually reflected traditional Morrocan architecture and craftsmanship vs staying in a big hotel. Wonderful quaint property, well maintained, in a quiet area, close to everything. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Alain, the owner is friendly, helpful, well informed and really cares about his guests. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful, served on the outdoor shaded deck. The rooftop terrace offers a comfortable area to relax. Our stay at the Riad Eloise went above and beyond our expectations. We would go back in a heartbeat and recommended it to all our friends.

I will start… and probably end… by praising the staff at the Riad Tizou. I was mostly in contact with Rashid and San (sp?) throughout my visit. They were both so friendly and accommodating. They will probably be the thing I most remember about my trip here to Marrakech. Riad Livia was the best part of Morocco for us! It’s close to the Medina but far enough away too that you have more peace and quiet. It’s absolutely beautiful inside the Riad, and it’s very calm. It always smells very nice inside the Riad also. The room was beautiful and exactly like the picture. And the people who work here are the kindest and most hospitable people we’ve had the pleasure to meet. Loved their breakfast and their warm welcoming staff. The rooms were very spacious and the hotel features modern furnishings and a trendy style. Wish we could have stayed longer to get to know the vicinity. It was convenient for a late arrival and close to the airport.

Amazing. Worth every penny! I was sad to leave which is not common. The staff was exceptional. Definitely 5 star service and I would stay here again. Book it!
