Sonesta Select Chattanooga Hamilton Place
"Property was clean and rooms were fine. Staff on the other hand were not helpful. Ice machine was broken on our floor, key cards had to be reprogrammed every time we left(other having same issue) and to make matters worse, they checked us out of our room because house keeping saw us carry our bags ..."

Lakefront, large yard, close to Chattanooga, 9 beds, private dock, pets ok
"The location of the house was very convenient for our planned activities and we had plenty of space to spread out in the house. It is right on a main road so there is some road noise from traffic. A white noise machine took care of that. The lake was a bit further from the house than we had expected ..."

"Check in was a breeze. The young man that checked me in was very polite and even offered to help carry our luggage to the room as my husband has back and spine issues and we were on the second floor. Good customer service goes a long way in my book. I will book with ApT again."
