They need to improve their services
"On our first day coming back from site seeing we found that our room was not serviced we had to go and complain, room was full of spider web. second day the lights went off from 7pm till 12pm no one bothered to explain what was happening bring us candles we used our cell phones to light the room ..."

This is a wonderful 5-star safari experience. The facilities and tents are luxurious and amazing. The staff service is exceptional. The food is also excellent. Would not recommend for young children, but is a wonderful adult getaway!
