"We traveled from Canada to attend a Viking lifesaving course and stayed here for the week. After flying all night and taking the train from Copenhagen, we arrived late and exhausted—but were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. They greeted us with smiles, kindness, and understanding, and were both helpful and efficient throughout our stay. They offered great recommendations, including a nearby restaurant (Plates), where to do laundry, as well as information about the pool and self-service kitchen. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and we are very grateful for the excellent service. "

"This is not a B and B..There was NO breakfast...and the "hotel" is next to a pig farm and smells terribly. There are flys everywhere, and I spent 30min killing flys in the room. That said- the room was inexpensive--so you get what you pay for. The room was not dirty--but It was not really clean. There were stains on the walls, draperies and on bedding. The towels are thin, well used and minimally absorbent. The pillows were equally flat and should be replaced. I would not walk without shoes in the room due to cleanliness. Overall I would NOT stay here again due to the pig farm smell, the flys and overall cleanliness. That said, it was quiet."
