휴대폰 쓸일 없는 분들만 사용 추천

레지던스호텔치고는 훌륭함. 위치도 중심지에 있고, 조식도 괜찮은데.. 레지던스인데 큰 오점이 있으니.. 휴대폰 신호가 잘 안잡힘..1칸..또는 신호 없음.. 거기에 와이파이까지 잘 안잡히고 너무 느림. 디파짓은 500만동이나 내야하는데 체크아웃시 카드 승인 취소를 해도 취소 승인이 아직까지 안됨.. 가능한 현금으로 하시길..

キレイで便利だが...

立地が良く設備もキレイ。スタッフも皆親切で良い滞在でしたが、欠点は2つだけ。 WiFiが不安定（ほぼ繋がらない）、洗面室＆シャワールームが下水臭かったです。 バスタブが無いのは事前に知っていたので問題無いですが、上記2点さえ改善されれば、次回も利用したいです。

ドライヤーを設置依頼したが、OKという返事の後対応がなかった。 仕方なくスタッフを部屋に招き入れ、ドライヤーがないことを確認してもらい、持ってくるように依頼するも、2時間忘れられ、フロントに行った時にそのスタッフが笑いながら対応し、忘れていたことも詫びない。サービス業について、教育されてないようであった。

Great location and decent service.

It’s well located and a sensible price considering the modern and decent facilities. I was given a room that had some issues and a strange lack of furniture. When I complained I was given a much better room. Same format but correctly furnished and no issues. I would go back but insist that the room was right.

Small number of staffs, but I will visit again!

* Location : 5/5 Center of the Dist. 1, HCMC * Comfort : 5/5 Well prepared. Good sound proof. * Service : 3/5 Every staff is very kind, sincere. But number of staffs are insufficient. When I called some services, about 10~30min. were taken. The longest wait time till some one occurred at my door was 40min. But I think those were caused by insufficient number of staffs. Yes, each staff is just perfect, definitely. * Visit again? : Yes, in spite of service, it is well-designed hotel and very good place to stay in HCMC!

첫번째 방문의 감동을 완전히 무색하게 해 버린 두 번째 방문 ㅜㅜ

예전에 (1~2년 전쯤?) 한 번 숙박했던 경험이 있었는데, 그 때는 new hotel이고, 가격 & 시설, 서비스 등 모든 면에서 너무나 만족했던 호텔이었습니다. 그래서 간만의 호치민 출장이 있어 동료와 방을 2개 예약해서 갔는데, 오후 4시 이후에 방문했는데도 불구하고 check in 하는 데에만 거의 한시간을 낭비했네요. 40분 가량을 기다리다 너무한다 싶아서 complain을 했더니, 손님이 너무 많아서 청소된 방이 없다며 한 시간만 더 시다려 달라는 어처구니 없는 대답을 해서 정말 황당했습니다. 참을 수 없어서 manager를 불러 다시 complain을 하여, 일행인 동료 방은 upgrade된 비어 있는 방으로 잡아 주어 겨우 입실 하였습니다. 방에 가보니, 두 개 방 다 준비가 완벽하지 못했고.. 암튼, 여러 모로 큰 실망을 했네요..

Great Location but Guest Policy should be noted...

It is a very spacious and well maintained Regidence Hotel in the middle of Japanese Town. But the hotel should inform about their strange guest policy(guests are allowed only between 6am till 9pm.). I tried to get a massage in my room, but ended up getting it at the shop... Besides the strange guest policy, everything was great!!
