Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
This is the worst experience we’ve ever had, and the first 1 star we had to give. We opened the door with another guest inside. Support agent confirmed that we could book another hotel due to safety concern, but later refused to refund us. Totally unacceptable!!
