This was advertised as a hotel but it’s not. All the pictures used were not like what we received. This was a private residence listed as a hotel. I felt this was a false advertising. Advertised as 4 bedrooms 4 baths but only had 3 baths. The amenities not as advertised. I felt this was a bait and switched

Scam, don’t go there !!

Big scam : the room is not in Landmark 81, it’s beside (Landmark 1) The flat is not like the pictures, it’s tinier and dirty. There was no swimming pool, despite the pics in the announce. There was 2 keys, 1 didn’t work We could not sleep because of the construction noise in the building. Very bad experience.

THIS IS A SCAM BOOKING....... I BOOKED THIS APPARMENTS FOR 3 DAYS JUNE 15-18 AND PAID IN FULL IN MARCH. ON JUNE 15TH WE CAME TO THE FRONT BUILDING AS THE INSTRUCTION OF THE PERSON WHO CONTACT ME THROUGH WHATSAPP. SHE DIDN'T TELL ME HER NAME BUT HER PHONE NUMBER IS +84 93 243 83 84, SHE TOLD US COME TO THE LOBBY OF THE LANDMARK 81 VINHOMES ON 720A DIEN BIEN PHU. BUT WHEN WE CAME THE SECURITY WON'T LET US COME INSIDE THE BUILDING BECAUSE HE SAID OUR APPARTMENT DID NOT INSIDE THIS BUILDING. AFTER I CALLED HER BACK, SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE WILL SEND HER FRIEND COME AND HELP ME WITH CHECK IN BY ASKING US TO GIVE THEM OUR PASSPORTS. 3O MINUTES LATER, THE YOUNG BOY FROM OUTSIDE THE STREET CAME AND ASKED ME TO GIVE HIM THE PASSPORTS, I DENIED AND ASKED HIM TO TAKE ME INSIDE THE BUILDING TO CHECK IN AND I WILL GIVE THE PASSORTS TO THE FRONT DESK FOR CHECK IN. HE SAID NO AND WALKED AWAY. SINCE THEN, NO ONE CAME TO HELP US AND I CALLED HER BACK AND SHE DIDN'T PICK UP HER PHONE. SO WE WERE WAITING OUTSIDE THE BUILDING FOR AN HOUR AND HAD TO FIND OTHER HOTEL TO SAY FOR OUR LAST 3 NIGHTS IN VIETNAM. I CONTACTED THE HOTEL DIRECTLY AND NO ONE REPLY MY MESSAGE. I CONTACTED THE HOTEL.COM AND ASKED FOR REFUND. THE LANDMARK81 TOLD HOTEL.COM THAT THEIR POLICY IS NON-REFUNDABLE FOR CANCELATION. IT WAS RIDICULOUS, I DIDN'T CANCEL MY BOOKING, I COULDN'T CHECKIN BECASUSE THE OWNER OF THIS APPARMENT DID NOT SHOW UP TO CHECK US IN AND NOW THEY TRIED TO STEAL MY MONEY. THIS IS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED.......
