The interior was beautifully decorated and very cozy. We especially loved the large windows and the fully equipped kitchen. It's perfect for both short and long stays. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in HCMC!

Was mislead with this accommodation, everything related to Landmark 81, but we got a bargain basement flat for a considerable sum of money, feel ripped off and totally disappointed, such an unprofessional service from beginning to end

A traditional hotel with wood furniture. The room is clean and the breakfast spread is sufficient. The swimming pool is huge but mostly full of people. The only downside is the hotel water in the shower which needs to take about 10-15min for the hot water otherwise it is cold water.

I stayed here alone during my first trip to Vietnam, and the place made me feel really safe. The building has 24/7 security, and the area is clean and quiet. The apartment was modern, with fast Wi-Fi and a nice view of the river. Highly recommend for solo travelers!

Beware of this property. It is not an apartment in the landmark 81 tower and it sure DOES NOT look like the photos provided. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 families. We arrived late to Vietnam and were extremely tired. We were dropped off by our transfer outside of the impressive Landmark 81 tower. A representative of the booking barely greeted us. He took us across the road to a completely separate building and tried to check us into a small and terrible looking apartment. We argued and argued. He then showed us another apartment in another building. It was slightly better but still not like the photos on Expedia. There were bugs around the kitchen and other areas, and it smelt like cigarettes. We were so tired that we agreed to stay at this location. The alternative was no accomodation for that night. The children were extremely upset. This property on Expedia is false advertising and NOT in the Landmark 81 tower. The photos were definitely not what was advertised. Terrible customer service by the “representative” who clearly mislead travellers. This was a terrible stay and start to our Vietnam holiday. Fortunately, the rest of our holiday was amazing.

they did not follow the regulations, they did not have an office, they forced me to stand on the street, then they picked me up and took me into the dormitory, it was not as described, I could not exercise, I could not swim because I needed fingerprints, they did not help I even wanted to ask for more blanket they did not have them, they did not follow the regulations, please investigate these people.

The property did not look anything like the photos posted. The pictures appear to be from the actual Landmark hotel, not this apartment. They have a washing machine but provide no laundry detergent. Toilet paper, not enough for the duration of stay and no paper towels or rag to dry hands with.
