Really nice hotel, the rooms were simple but had everything we needed and were very clean. The staff was very helpfu. The breakfast was good and the location was within walking distance of almost everything. Would love to stay again.

Lovely helpful staff. Fast hassle free check in. Rooms are small but all you need for a few days stop over. Daily included breakfast was very enjoyable. We would highly recommend this small but friendly hotel.

Bijou hotel in central Saigon

This is a great hotel in a very good location, with good amenities close at hand including a laundry and a fantastic café across the road with excellent pastries. The hotel is very reasonably priced but the room was immaculate and the bathroom was fresh and modern. The staff were lovely too, friendly and helpful.

I reserved this hotel because of its high rating on Expedia. I found it to be fare in all areas. I have stayed in other hotels in the area that were cheaper and just as good as Piano hotel. also the breakfast was an added incentive but we found it margnal at best. My biggest complaint though was poor wifi. customers had to go down to public areas on the ground floor to use the wifi. I had an important conference and had no privacy to conduct it. Wifi should not be listed among the ameneties as it is misleading.

All the staff were very kind and helpful. The location was perfect. Very quiet but close to everything you’ll need. Breakfast had good choices. The first morning I had a bahn mi and next day I had American breakfast. They both were good! We stayed as a family with children. We all had a great time and would recommend Piano hotel to our family and friends if they ever plan to visit Ho Chi Minh.

He really enjoyed our short stay here. They have two full size beds in our room - the only time we saw this in Southeast Asia. AC was good. The staff was extremely helpful and they even offered us a shower after checkout if we needed to wash up before heading to the airport. Breakfast is an order ahead system and we liked the American breakfast option. One minor quibble: would like to see more coffee!
