The service is fantastic! I booked this place for my parents who only speaks Mandarin and they love this place. Shout out to the Mandarin-speaking receptionist (I didn't know his name but my parents was very impressed by his service) who is very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay here again.

Quiet room, great aircon, warm service

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was fantastic - the location was central and spectacular, the streets busy and bustling, and yet my hotel was dead silent so I slept like a happy baby (room 605). The air-conditioning gets ice cold even when it's 47degrees celcius real feel and extremely humid - so happy! The staff were wonderful and friendly, and their hospitality was beautiful and generous. This hotel takes a lot of pride in its customer service and I can't wait to come back.

Poor service

They moved me to a different hotel because there was an electric issue with my room. They don't have iron in the room, something quite basic in a business hotel. They offered me to iron my shirts for the following day ( which didn't solve my problem because I had an early meeting in the morning and the shirts would not be ready). When I checked out they charged me for the "free" iron service. I can't get used to the poor Vietnamese service.

Comfortable hotel

I have stayed at this hotel many times. Great location, 24 hour reception, wonderful service, clean rooms, everything is perfect. This time, Jenny welcomed me. I know there are two lovely receptionists, Jenny and Lona, and two friendly doormen, Sun and Neil. On the day I checked out, it was raining so hard that Sun offered me a welcome drink while I was working in the lobby. Staying at this hotel is very comfortable. I'll come back soon. Thank you.

This property is in a good location of District 1. Easy to walk anywhere. There are restaurants close by and shopping. The room was fine but mine had no windows which was odd. The shower is interesting as it’s a hand held but at full power would spray the entire bathroom. You have to adjust it and it’s tricky. They cleaned the room every day and supplied fresh coffee and waters.

Coming back again to a great hotel

I stayed again at this wonderful hotel where I was greeted by Neil, a strong and kind doorman, and Lona, a receptionist with a cute smile. The smooth check-in, welcome drink, and porter service are always all excellent. There are many shops near the hotel, including restaurants, spas, massages and bars. There is no need to take a taxi for anything other than sightseeing. The room is clean and doesn't smell musty. Japanese people would be very happy to be able to watch Japanese TV and have washlets in the toilets. I would come back to this hotel again. Thank you.

Hotel I would love to stay again

When I arrived, Lona Sun greeted me with a smile. She helped me through the check-in process quickly. The doorman then carried my luggage to my room. He is a wonderful person. The room was clean and didn't smell damp. There were two large and two small towels. The towels have a nice smell. It's great to have a washlet in the toilet. The air conditioner worked well too. It's a very good hotel. Lona Sun, the receptionist, smiled and saw me off. There are many restaurants and massage shops around the hotel, making it a convenient location. I would love to stay again.
