Enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were welcoming and easy to reach whenever we had questions, and check-in was simple. The room was clean and comfortable, with good air conditioniner. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We felt safe and at home and would definitely stay here again

Nam was such a lovely host, very informative, greeted us at the main reception and then shown us around the studio. It was extremely easy to communicate with Nam as he set up a WhatsApp group so if I had any questions, it was easy to ask and be informed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable with a lovely shower. 7 eleven was literally round the corner from the main reception which was really convenient, with a little market shop & even a kids play area in the same section. The location itself was perfect to get around the City! Would definitely recommend & will return if I come back to HCM ☺️

The apartment we stayed in was clean and well-prepared upon arrival. The furniture might not be brand new but was comfortable and practical. We booked a 3-bedroom apartment and found it spacious and bright, exactly what we needed for our group. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well-equipped.

This is the first time I have chosen this place to live, the apartment is located in a building with security around so it is quite safe, there is a magnetic card to enter and exit so I feel very secure. The room is airy and comfortable with a city view, I also have a small kitchen to cook. The bathroom has yellow lights and warm water so I like it very much, it is also very clean and fragrant when I first entered. The owner is very enthusiastic to help me bring pans and other things when I need. Their enthusiasm makes me want to come back many more times!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is convenient, the Wi-Fi is fast and stable — perfect for working remotely — and the host was very friendly and quick to reply to any questions. When we first arrived, the studio had issue with cooking stove but the host acted quickly and moved us to a better one. We really appreciated how responsive and helpful they were throughout our stay. The apartment is comfortable and has the basics you need for a self-contained stay. The building facilities, especially the pool, are a nice extra touch, and the atmosphere is generally pleasant. With a few small updates, this place could be even better — but as it is, it’s still a good choice for both short visits and longer stays.

I had an excellent experience staying at this apartment hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The room was modern, clean, and fully equipped. The highlight was definitely free upgrade to the beautiful river view from the window – peaceful and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening sunset. The staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful, making check-in and everything else smooth and easy. The location is very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions, but still quiet enough to unwind. The swimming pool was a great bonus – clean, and perfect for cooling off after a day in the city. For such a reasonable price, this place offers amazing value. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Saigon!

Check in was flawless! I was able to check in early as well. The apartment had everything I needed and the bed was very comfortable. There are multiple convenient stores downstairs and also a pharmacy. I can't forget the cafe as well. I loved it. I would definitely recommend staying here. It's safe and convenient to everything.
