Note that this is a property rental, not a traditional hotel. I didn't realize it at first when I booked it. Was pleasantly surprised with the amount of space in the apartment and nice furnishings. Would stay here again as the location is nice and ended up being a better deal than a comparable hotel room.

Terrible service and completely unprofessional handling of the situation. Another guest had the passcode to our apartment and was able to open the door while we were inside. This was a serious privacy and security issue. We felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe, This is absolutely not the level of service or security we expected, and we are very disappointed with how the agency handled the situation.
