It seems to be over price. I stay at floor 11 (closely highest floor) below either fountain or kids water play ground and it is so noisy at night. "Clean room, helpful staff, free laundry and working AC. This was the perfect and cheapest room I stayed in last 12 days of my visit to Vietnam. We had just 1.5 days at HCM and then to airport from here. Highly recommended place for people with no fuss and just rest for a day. It's at a very convenient location too. Lot of food options nearby."
