"This was an amazing experience, very comfortable, quiet, and a very friendly staff."

"Unfortunately this hit by the typhoon the night got there but we did not get notified of the hotel had no guest staying except us and also we had no internet, no air con, no way of communication as nobody spoke any English. They could have us the option to move us to another hotel and they too busy trying to their hotel back to some working order than to look after us."

"This hotel was gorgeous! Spacious room, comfortable bed, great breakfast, lovely staff, secure parking. Taking one star off because smoking is allowed in the building hallways, and the location was not convenient for getting food. "

"Ok hotel, but terrible internet"

"Facilities are great. Very beautiful place to stay, and price is great "

"It’s the best brand hotel you’ll get for this price in Vinh. The breakfast will fill you up for the rest of the day!"

"Nice and clean place, walking distance to city"

"The hotel itself is no doubt a good hotel according to north American standard. Breakfast is ok. The roof is leaking into the restaurant, but I guess this will be repaired soon. However the spa was a disappointment, not exactly what I would have expected. "

Friendly and alert ladies at the reception, helped me organising my bus trip for next morning. Room clean and functional equipped and with a neutral smell (no smoker room smell despite it was a smoking room). Mattress a bit hard but ok. Warm water available, air con not tested. Breakfast typical Vietnamese with rice, noodles, soup, vegetables and fruits. Forget the coffee,...
